Congratulations to everyone that participated in the Box Crawl on Saturday. You all did amazing and should be really proud of yourselves! It was a ton of fun hanging out with you all day and you all represented 616 well. Thanks for your attention to quality movement and doing things the right way. And thanks for your effort throughout the day. Those four workouts were tough, and you all stepped up to each one and conquered them. You should be proud. Hopefully you made some new friends along the way too. Thanks to those that came to support and cheer us on. Hearing the cheers from the sidelines can keep you moving when you want to stop and it makes a huge difference. I know there were a lot of you that wanted to participate but could not and there will be more opportunities soon. For those of you that might want to do something like this in the future, you should talk to the people that did it. I can almost guarantee there are no regrets and everyone would recommend it. Hope to see more of you out there next time!
