A couple of changes and reminders to tell you about. First off, we will be changing our schedule starting in March. The evening classes will be 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm and 7 pm starting Monday, March 3. Open gym will move up to 3 pm. Hopefully this will give you more opportunities to get to the gym and alleviate some of the problems of getting here on time if you work far away and the roads are bad. We will post the changes in the gym and online once March hits. Also, don't forget about the yoga class here on Sunday, March 16 at 11 am. We will have a sign up in the gym so we can be prepared, so please sign up.
One last thing for all you Paleo Challengers. 10 bonus points available if you bring a friend to the 10:30 or 11:30 CrossFit classes this Saturday, February 22 only. The person has to be someone that has never been here before and you can only get 10 points. We'd love to have you bring more than one person, but you only get 10 points no matter how many come. If you can't make it this Saturday, don't worry, there will be more opportunities for bonus points coming up soon.
