The Outlaw Way posted a pretty good muscle up progression the other day and I think it could help those of you that are close to getting a muscle up. We have probably tried all of the things in the video at some point with you, but they put it together in a very systematic approach to get you that first muscle up. Of course, all it takes is a little work and dedication. And I know you are all capable of that. Check out the video below for a really good breakdown of the muscle up progression.
