Who is ready to test their fitness? The Open starts this week and we will begin testing our fitness as a group to see where we are and how far we have come in our training. I'm really looking forward to pushing myself to new limits along side you all. Check out the documentary from CrossFit called The Test of Fitness and get ready to begin your test later this week!
