Just a reminder that the new evening schedule begins next week. We will have classes at 4, 5, 6 and 7 pm. Weightlifting will be on Wednesday nights at 7 pm and there will not be CrossFit during this time. Open gym will be Monday-Friday from 3-4 pm. Yoga with Laura is coming up in a couple of weeks too. Join us on Sunday, March 16 at 11 am to try a yoga class and work on your mobility. I am sure we can all use a little help. There's a sign up in the gym so go sign up!
