It's finally here - 14.1! And it's a repeat of a past Open workout from 2011. This is actually the first Open workout of all time and we have practiced it a few times over the years. This is a burner and should be an all out effort for 10 minutes. The weights are light so you just have to keep moving. These are pretty simple movements, but you should still watch the standards video before doing it. We will talk more strategy before starting the WOD.

Also, the Arnold weightlifting meet that Robert is in will be broadcast here There are multiple streams from multiple platforms and I am not sure which one Robert will be on yet. I am sure we'll have more info on Friday and we will post the link as soon as possible.
