14.2 is a good one. A similar set up to the final Open workout from last year, but there's a little built in rest, which can come in handy. This workout will be all about pacing and not burning out on the chest-to-bar pullups too soon. You will need to save your grip and pull for later rounds if you think you are going to get there. We will talk strategy more in the gym before the workout, but I think this is a good WOD for you all. The weight is light and I know you can get the chest-to-bar pullups even if you don't think so. Watch the standards video and be ready to hit it tomorrow. And if you get a chance to watch the announcement video please do - take note of the no reps for Camille. Take your time on each rep and make them count. There is no need to rush through the first round.

Friday, March 7 OPEN WORKOUT 14.2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
