After 14.2 and the kipping practice today there are a few of you with some beat up hands. There are a lot of things you can do to try to prevent torn hands and there are treatments for the tears as well. If you aren't sure what to do check out this hand care video from weightlifter Donny Shankle. He goes in depth on how to wash and moisturize your hands post workout and how to take care of your calluses. He also shows some taping methods to protect your hands in case you have already torn. There is a lot of good information in it and Donny has a great voice that makes everything sound really important, so listen up! )
