Don't forget that this Sunday, March 16 we will host a yoga class at 11 am. The class will be one hour and fifteen minutes to give enough time to go through the entire thing. There is a sign up board in the gym so please sign up and give yoga a try. Since Open workout 14.3 gets announced Thursday night how about we take a look behind the scenes of the 14.2 announcement.
