Sorry if I have already posted this video in the past, but it has some good ideas for handstand hold progressions. The first two drill are there so you can feel how tight you need to be to hold a handstand. It is not just simply kicking up to you hands and balancing. You entire body needs to be tight and stacked. Check out the video below for some good tips on handstands and give some of these a try tomorrow as we work on them.
