How are you feeling right now? I am sure some of you feel great, some maybe a little tired or maybe you feel totally beat up. How many of you have no idea how you are feeling? Do you ever take the time to assess yourself and systematically determine what feels good, what feels bad and what needs work? After reading the article "Bedroom Mobility" on Train for Life I realized I could do a much better job of determining what I need to work on each day. Take some time each morning before you get out of bed to run down a checklist of your joints and muscles. Feel out what is tight and what isn't moving well and determine how you are going to fix those things throughout the day. The list in the article is pretty long, but just start with the basics and build up each day. I think you will be surprised at how much you can learn about your body and movement in just a few minutes each morning.
