I don't know if they call it a chipper because you chip away at it, or because it chips away at you, but this one looks like fun! 14.4 is here and it is a 14 minute AMRAP chipper of rowing, toes to bar, wall balls, cleans and muscle ups. I say we all get to those muscle ups and get our first one ever! Who's with me?
