In case you haven't seen it posted at the gym, you are invited to a cookout on Saturday, April 12 at 12:30 pm, right after the Saturday classes. We are going to wrap up the Paleo Challenge with a bunless BBQ and hand out the prizes to the winners. We will provide the grilled options and if you want to come and bring a side dish that would be great! Also, don't forget to sign up for the trip to Regionals in Cincinnati May 16-18. We are looking at options for accommodations and want to get a good idea of how many people are going in the next couple of weeks.
Congrats on completing the Open! Many of you had your first taste of competition and you surprised us each week with great performances. Take some time to look back on your workouts to determine what you need to work on in the upcoming months. Figure out where you had weaknesses in those workouts and let's get to work conquering them.
