Don't forget to sign up for the Regionals trip. The deadline to sign up is April 19 so we can make plans for accommodations. Regionals weekend is May 16-18 and most of us will probably drive down Friday evening so we can see the events on Saturday and Sunday. Good work this week. We are going to work on staying under tension on the deadlift Friday as we build to a 5-rep max. You have to stay tight on the way up and down and don't release the tension when the bar hits the floor - just come right back up.
