The weightlifting class resumed Wednesday night kicking off a new eight-week cycle. I'm sure you've heard me say it before, but I highly recommend this class if you want to get better at weightlifting or CrossFit. You really get the chance to break down the movements and you will receive excellent instruction from coach Robert. Luckily Robert's super-talented sister Minette was on hand for one of the sessions last cycle and put together a great slideshow of pictures she took while here. If this doesn't make you want to lift something heavy I don't know what will - every looks so cool doing it. Thanks Robert and Minette!
