Don't forget that the Paleo Challenge wrap-up BBQ is this Saturday at 12:30 right after the morning workouts. Of course, we encourage you to workout with one of the classes before the BBQ, but you are welcome either way. We are providing the hot dogs and hamburgers and if you can bring a simple side dish that would be great. We will also announce the winners of the Paleo Challenge and give away the amazing prizes to the top three spots. You don't want to miss it! Also, here's a cool event from our friends at Gazelle Sports and 8th Day Gym: Calling runners, cross-trainers and athletes of all abilities! Come and join in the fun on April 19th at 10:30. The North Face athlete Timothy Olson will be joining us and 8th Day Gym for the Cross-training Challenge.
It will be a fun workout that can be scaled for all abilities followed by a FREE lunch by Marie Catrib's and a talk by Timothy!
