Over the next few weeks we are going to do some testing of lifts and workouts so we can have some data going forward and use those numbers to work off of in our strength cycles. Fridays will be dedicated to testing most weeks and these tests will include finding one-rep maxes and benchmark workouts. Please make sure you are recording your numbers so you can work off percentages of your max over the upcoming months. Make sure you are recording your times on the benchmark workouts as well so that when they are repeated you can have something to measure your progress. These numbers are important data and if you aren't tracking your workouts you will have no idea if you are improving or not. We need measurable results so we can diagnose weaknesses and figure out what we need to work on next. Workout for Monday, April 14 10 min to build up to Clean and Jerk (Weight that can be made consistently)

Every 90 sec for 12 min: 2 Cleans, 1 Jerk Increases can be made during rests, max of 10 lbs per round.
