How are you sleeping? Do you move around a lot? Do you find yourself in weird positions? If you do then you are probably missing some range of motion or you might need a softer bed. Check out the video below from Mobility WOD on sleep positions and see if any of this applies to you. Try the one minute test to see if you have to move your legs within a minute of lying on your back. There are a few tips in the video that may help you sleep better so check it out.
