Watch the video below from Mobility WOD on the importance of a cool down. I know it is hard to always stick around and cool down and stretch for a long time, but your muscles will thank you if you do. The body has ways of compensating for all the work you just made it do and if you don't cool down properly it will tighten up and limit your mobility and performance down the road. It all leads back to performance after all, right? Want to perform better? Maintain your body!
