Congratulations to Meghan on getting her first muscle up on Thursday! Meghan is the embodiment of hard work and dedication and after two years of working towards her goal she finally made it. When Meghan first walked in to CrossFit 616, she could barely eek out one pull up, if that. She quickly made gains on the pull up bar because she was determined to get better and she put in the work. Once she set her eyes on the muscle up we all knew it was just a matter of time. Now all of that hard work has finally paid off and she should be very proud. Congratulations to Meghan and to coach Cori who has pushed her and worked with her all along the way. Check it out in slow motion! (Cori gets very excited)
