As the weather gets warmer (or is supposed to) we will be heading outside for more and more running. Let's take the time now to make sure our feet are prepared. Here is part one of Kelly Starrett's Ready to Run progression in which he talks about foot positions, how to stand and not letting the arch collapse. These are things we should be doing throughout the day so when it comes time to run we have reinforced good habits in our feet. Check it out and try to be conscious of how you are standing throughout the day.
