Just in case you missed it, five of the Regionals workouts have been announced and they look pretty exciting. We did Nasty Girls a few weeks ago and the third workout at Regionals is Nasty Girls Version 2. Check out the workouts and see what you think. The Open is great, but Regionals really starts to separate the men from the boys.
