It's Friday and that means we are maxing out and testing another benchmark workout! Remember, these testing days are important so even if it's something you don't like or don't think you are good at you should still test yourself so you have a measuring point for later. You will eventually get better at your weaknesses if you put in the work and then you can look back and see how far you have come. So just because you don't like overhead squats don't just skip the workout (Cori is looking at you Jason!). Use this test as an opportunity to get better and work on the things you may not be good at. If you are good at these movements, now's your chance to really get after a workout.
