In case you haven't been watching the CrossFit Regional events started this past weekend. If you'd like to see some of the best athletes compete check out the action at There is archived footage of all of the events. It motivates me to see these men and women kill the workouts that seem impossible on paper. We will be trying some modified versions of a few of these over the next few weeks so check out some of the action and plan your strategy now. Here's some footage of day 3 from the North Central region to get you started.
