Remember that we are only having two classes this Monday, Memorial Day at 9 am and 10 am. We will be doing Murph to honor Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan along with all of the other soldiers who have sacrificed their lives to protect us. If you have read the book Lone survivor or have seen the movie you already know the story of Murph. If you do not know the story, please watch the video below so you can better understand the hero we will honor on Monday. Please remember all of our fallen heroes this weekend. It's very easy to get caught up in the festivities and enjoy a day off, but remember why we have these freedoms. It's because people like Lt. Murphy and so many others have sacrificed their lives for us. As you do the workout this Monday remember that it is supposed to be hard and we are supposed to suffer. And even though our suffering in a workout will never compare to what those men and women have gone through, try to keep going to honor them.
