A few more thoughts on the competitive side of CrossFit today. There are many reasons people compete and CrossFit put together a video asking some of the top competitors why they compete. Competition is a great way to push yourself and get out of your comfort zone. Like I said before, you don't have to compete if you don't want to, but if you do I think you will learn a lot about yourself and what you are capable of. Check out the video below on why we compete.
