Remember that starting this Saturday we will no longer have an 11:30 am CrossFit class. We have made the change due to smaller crowds during the summer and to allow us to host some specialty classes. With that being said, we'd like to announce our first specialty class. We will have yoga on Saturday, June 21 at 12 pm. This class is open to all members and will be one hour and fifteen minutes long. Also, we do not have weightlifting this Wednesday or Saturday. This is a scheduled off week for the class after testing last week. Weightlifting will resume its normal schedule on Wednesday, June 11. That means there is no class at 7 pm on June 4 (no CrossFit or weightlifting).
