You may have noticed that the weather has been much more cooperative lately and we are taking advantage of being able to be outside as much as possible. Of course, that means more running in the workouts, which we need and aren't able to do for months out of the year. So, as you put more and more miles on the feet and legs, make sure you are taking care of them. Common problems are plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and shin splints. All of these problems can be helped by loosening up the tissues in your feet and lower leg. Check out the mobility WOD below for tips on treating the soft tissue of your feet.
