Just a quick reminder that weightlifting class resumes Wednesday night at 7 pm. Weightlifting classes are held every Wednesday at 7 pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30 am. If you are interested in improving your lifts you should definitely check out the class. You don't need any experience and you can jump in at any time. I highly recommend it! Also, CrossFit just put out on Youtube an older video of CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman's speech on the purpose of CrossFit.
