First of all, thank you to everyone who came out for Yoga on Saturday. We had another great turn out and your interest in the Yoga classes definitely helps us to know there is a demand for more classes. Thank you to Laura for running us through the session and being such a great instructor! Make sure you all thank Laura for doing such an awesome job bringing Yoga to CrossFit 616, and let your coaches know if you'd like to see a regular schedule of Yoga at the gym. We are beyond proud of the community that exists at CrossFit 616. For those of you who have visited other CrossFit gyms know that things vary from box to box. Each box is different and has its own qualities that make it unique. As coaches we love to see how strong the community bond is within (and beyond) the walls of CrossFit 616. You all treat each other with amazing amounts of respect and push one another to be better every single day. A CrossFit magazine printed an article regarding "Box Etiquette" which explains a list of what to do and what not to do in any CrossFit gym. For most of you reading this article there won't be any surprises, but we've attached the article for you all to read just in case an idea on the list is new to anyone. It's a quick read, so take a look if you have a minute. And by the way...if you've broken any of the "Box Etiquette" rules in the past, don't worry, we still love you and are proud to be your coaches.
