Reminder: There is one CrossFit class on Friday, July 4th at 8 am and there is only weightlifting at 9:30 am on Saturday, July 5. Enjoy the holiday weekend! Check out the video below on fixing the air squat. Sometimes we just chalk up our movement problems to a lack of mobility but it is not always that simple. Mobility can play a part, but we also have to make sure the proper muscles and our brain are working together. We've seen similar squats like the one in the video in our gym and with time, we can fix them. However, if you want to improve your movement, it might require a little homework. Squatting on a wall is not a lot of fun, but it works. It's something you can easily do before class or anywhere there is a wall.
