I read the article Coming Soon to a Diet Craze Near You today and thought a lot of us might benefit from the message. The basic point of the article is to not let food choices control our lives. What we eat is important for our health, but there are other aspects of heath - mental, emotional, etc. - that are just as important. If you are letting the stress of what to eat ruin your day and take up all of your free time, you may be missing out on living a healthy lifestyle, even if everything you eat is completely healthy. This article is directed at people that are letting food control their lives. We certainly want to eat a clean, healthy diet, but we can't beat ourselves up over a single bad food choice. The stress of always trying to eat perfectly can be too much.
