Remember that we are heading out to Grand Haven for a workout at 8 am this Saturday. If you'd like to join us please sign up at the gym so we know who wants to go. We will be working out with some friends from the Grand Haven YMCA CrossFit affiliate and it should be a lot of fun. Now check out the video below on how the competitors in the Northwest Regional train. These are high level athletes that are training to compete at a high level. I am by no means implying that we should be training like them, but it is interesting to hear all of the different philosophies that people have. That's what applies to us, you don't need to train like anyone else, you need to do what is right for you to get the results you want. The great part is that you have control over that and you can do what is right for you. Train hard and train with a purpose. Don't worry about the people around you, find what makes you happy and go after it.
