Since we are headed to Grand Haven to work out Saturday morning we decided to just stay there and enjoy the beach. (Turns out the triathlon we were trying to avoid isn't until Sunday.) So, after the 8 am WOD at the Grand Haven YMCA we will probably grab some breakfast and then head over to the beach. And since we are going to be on the beach, we figured we'd invite you all for a workout and a fun beach day. We will be on the beach at Grand Haven State Park at 10:30 am if you want to come workout and hangout. This is very informal and pretty short notice, but if you don't have any plans we hope you can join us. As of now, we are still having the 10:30 CrossFit class at the gym.
