Remember, we are working out on the beach at Grand Haven State Park this Saturday at 10:30 am. If you want to get in a great workout and have a lot of fun, please join us on the beach! We are repeating the final workout from the 2014 CrossFit Open on Friday. This is a great chance for you to measure your improvement since April. And, if you weren't around for the Open this will be a great opportunity to test yourself against the best CrossFitters in the world. Remember what you did right and wrong last time and try to have a good strategy going in.
