The overhead squat is a difficult movement, but with a few minor changes you may be able to make it a lot easier. Watch the video and let us know if you have questions. During the workout make sure you are focusing on the areas you need to fix. Take your time warming up and if you get the technique correct the movement may not cause you so much dread.
