We'd like to send a big congratulations to Grand Rapids own Steve Hamming who just won the CrossFit Games in the Masters 55-59 division. Steve is a member of 8th Day Gym and has put in countless hours over the last years all building to this moment. This was Steve's third trip to the Games and his first victory and I can only imagine how great he feels right now. Congrats Steve and thank you for showing us all what hard work and determination can do. Here's the footage of Steve's final event from the Masters competition.

Workout for Friday, July 25 "Bear Complex" 5 Rounds, each round consists of 7 sets. 7 sets of: 1 Power Clean 1 Front Squat 1 Push Press 1 Back Squat 1 Push Press Touch and Go between sets, Bar Can Not be set down between sets. No Time Constraint. Rest Between Rounds. Build Up in Weight Through 5 working rounds.
