Are you approaching your mobility work the right way? Check out this article on mobility and you may realize you've been taking the wrong approach. If you are spending more time mobilizing than working out then something isn't right. There are some really great tips in the article, like keeping the weights light as you open up new positions so your body can build strength in the new range of motion. Don't just slap on the same old weights and expect your body to perform right away in a position it hasn't been in for a very long time. Also, make sure you give yourself time to get into the right position. You won't fix poor mobility overnight. Be patient and diligent and you will be happy with the results.
