It's been about six months since the end of the Paleo Challenge we did this year and it's time to revisit our nutrition and our body composition goals. Many of you had a great start to the year with a solid eight weeks of eating clean and working out consistently and we don't want to let that end. If you have fallen off the wagon a bit over the summer now is the time to get back on. Don't wait until next year to start over. Take a look at your diet. Are you still eating clean most of the time? Are you getting your workouts in? Are you sleeping enough and drinking enough water? Now is the time to reevaluate and make any tweaks needed. If you aren't reaching your goals take a hard look and be honest on whether you are doing the work to get there. If you think you are, but you still aren't getting to where you want to be come talk to a coach. It's easy to convince ourselves that we are doing everything right, but one little thing may be sabotaging your progress. Let us help you reach your goals. The workouts are important, but if you have weight loss and body composition goals, your nutrition plays a bigger part. Don't ruin your hard work in the gym by putting junk in your body.
