On Wednesday 616 member Jason Szotko and his wife Maria are welcoming twins into the world. Since they are going to have their hands full we are going to hold a diaper drive to help them out a bit. We will be collecting diapers at the gym for the next couple of weeks if you want to bring in a pack. Feel free to get together with others or just buy a pack yourself. I am sure they will appreciate anything. Congratulations Jason and Maria! SCHEDULE CHANGES: There are no classes this Saturday, August 9! No weightlifting or CrossFit. The gym will be closed because we have a lot of teams competing at the Babes and Bros competition at CrossFit Grand Rapids. Please come cheer on the pairs as they take on multiple workouts throughout the day. The first workout begins at 9:30 am.
Also, there is no weightlifting this week (Wednesday or Saturday) as the class finished up the current cycle on Saturday. Weightlifting will resume on Wednesday, August 13.
