There's another worldwide CrossFit event coming up and this time it is a team challenge. A lot of us tested our fitness by participating in the Open earlier in the year and now CrossFit is offering up a co-ed team competition. This could be a really fun way for us to test ourselves again. If you are interested in being on a team for this event please let us know. We will put a sign up sheet at the gym and once we know who is interested we can work on putting teams together. Check out the video below for more details on the event.
Workout for Tuesday, August 12 EMOTM for 6 min: 6 Clean and Jerk (135/95, Power Clean) Rest 3 min EMOTM for 6 min: 7 Burpee Box Jumps
For Time: 21-15-9 Mountain Climbers (21 BOTH LEGS) Box Step Ups then with no rest 9-15-21 Jumping Lunges Plate Burpees (Land on Plate at top)
