Remember, this Wednesday is our first Wednesday Friends-Day! Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit to any of our CrossFit classes throughout the day. Also, we will be closed next Monday, September 1 for Labor Day. Here's a pretty cool drill if you are having trouble with the jerk. Weightlifting movements require strength of course, but they also require just as much speed. You can not be successful with moving fast. If you have trouble locking out or getting under the bar in the jerk this drill can help you out.

Workout for Monday, August 25 5x5 weighted pullups superset with max effort ring dips (unbroken)

14 Min AMRAP 3 Bear sequences (power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press unbroken) 15 Burpees
