Remember that we will be closed this Monday, September 1 for Labor Day. We will have a normal Saturday schedule with weightlifting at 9:30 and CrossFit at 10:30 am. Also, yoga begins next Wednesday, September 3 at 8 pm. I think Cori posted this article on Facebook a little while ago, but in case you didn't see it here are some helpful tips for getting kipping toes to bar. Read the article and watch the demo video. Hopefully this helps you get through the 40 toes to bar a little faster.
