Hope you all enjoyed the holiday weekend. I know I had fun, but I am really looking forward to getting back in the gym and getting my diet back on track. If you did a little too much celebrating and maybe ate a few things that aren't great for you, do not despair. Don't let a few bad days set you down the wrong path for a long time. And don't let it affect you mentally. There is no need to get down on yourself, but you should assess your situation and determine if you need to make any changes. Give yourself small goals and make them realistic. Don't ruin all the work in the gym with poor food choices. Enjoy these weekends and holidays, but remember to get back to work.
