Yoga, yoga, yoga! Our first regularly-scheduled yoga class is tomorrow night at 8 pm. We will have yoga every Wednesday night at 8 so if you can't make it tomorrow we will see you next week! Yoga will begin immediately following the weightlifting class so there might be some chalk on the floor. Bring your own yoga mat if you want to avoid that.
