Workout for Thursday, September 4 5 Rounds, each round is 90 sec long 1st 30 sec: 5 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105) 2nd 30 sec: 10 Deadlifts 3rd 30 sec: 5 Bar Facing Burpees No Rest Between Rounds!

10 Rounds, 2 min 30 sec each round Complete 2 Rounds of Cindy (All Out Sprint!) Rest remainder of each round. 1 Round of Cindy is 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats
