We are retesting another Open workout tomorrow. These are a great way to test your current fitness level. If you did these workouts earlier in the year, go back and look at your score. Remember, tracking your workouts is important so you can gauge your progress. If you don't write down what you do how will you know if you are improving? If you signed up for the Open this year you can always go back to the CrossFit Games site and look up your score. Good luck tomorrow!
