I am sure a few of you saw this article already, but it is worth sharing again. The article is about Julie Foucher's improvement over the last five years. Foucher finished third at this year's CrossFit Games and was second in 2012. She also attends medical school. The best part about the article is that her numbers look like most of ours when we start CrossFit. She has tracked every workout since 2009 and it is amazing to see her progression. I'm not saying we will all be in the CrossFit Games in five years (genetics plays a big role here), but we will see major improvement in our fitness across the board. If you aren't tracking your workouts you won't be able to take a look back and appreciate what you have done. Read the article here and check out Foucher's numbers in the chart below.
