If you are participating in the GR Games next Saturday, September 20, we will be having a practice session after the CrossFit class this Saturday, September 13. We will run through some of the workouts and test some strategies. If you can make it that would be great, but if you can not we will relay any tips to you. Practice will be at 11:30 am this Saturday and will probably last a little over an hour. Even if you aren't competing you are more than welcome to hang out and practice with us! Also, if you aren't competing in the event we still need your support! We would love to hear your input on the workouts and have you cheer us on next Saturday. We have five teams competing next week and any and all support will help. After the competition is the bonfire/hangout at Meghan's house. Everyone is invited and if you haven't seen the details on this please let us know tomorrow. We want you there!

12 min AMRAP 3 HR Push Ups 3 Power Cleans (135/95) 6 HR Push Ups 6 Power Cleans (135/95) 9 HR Push Ups 9 Power Cleans (135/95) Continue to Increase by 3 Reps Each Round Until End of 12 min.
