This Wednesday is the last Wednesday in September and that means it's a Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend who has never tried CrossFit this Wednesday to any of the regularly scheduled classes. Thank you so much for your support and generosity! The surprise get together and gifts this weekend are beyond appreciated by the two of us. We try to let you all know on a regular basis how grateful we are to be surrounded by you each week at the gym. Feeling your love and support for us and our upcoming wedding is truly overwhelming. We couldn't be more blessed than we are to know each and every one of you and to be able to call you all our family. What we have as a community of people at CrossFit 616 is amazing and it shows everyday in the way you treat one another.
